eMagin Absolute Customer Satisfaction Assurance (ACSA) for Individual Consumers
We value our relationship with you and want you be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not absolutely satisfied with your eMagin system - for any reason - you may return an eMagin system that you purchased directly from eMagin (not from a third party) within fifteen (15) days from your date of delivery, for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and handling and a 6% restocking fee. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the system back to eMagin fully insured.
This policy applies only to individual consumers who purchase directly from the eMagin web site, and does not apply to products purchased by business or government entities, products purchased for evaluation, or products intended for resale (whether or not the product are purchased directly from the website).
Contact an eMagin Customer Care Specialist to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Please note "ACSA Product Return" in the subject line of your email. The product must be in its original box and not damaged, and include all documentation, accessories, and peripherals (if applicable). The processing time of any refund may require up to 6 weeks. Refunds will be made either by credit card refund or by check, at eMagin's option.
Returns Policy
If you need to return a product within 90 days of receipt for reasons of defects in performance or workmanship subject to our Limited Warranty policy, we will repair or replace your product and will pay for return shipping to you. The first step is to contact eMagin to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be present on the box when the product is returned, or it will be returned to you. Refunds on clearance or promotional items will vary; please contact us. If you intend to return any item after 90 days of receipt for potential repair for a fee, please contact us first for approval.
Please package items in original cartons or comparable sturdy boxes with sufficient packaging material to insure they arrive in acceptable condition. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we advise you send items insured for your protection. If returned items are damaged in transit you may receive only a partial refund or credit.
Refund on Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item is received damaged or defective. If an item is damaged, please e-mail or call us so that we may replace the item or have it returned to us at our cost. We will provide the return shipping instructions and shipment authorization. Any unauthorized shipping paid for by the customer will not be reimbursed, and such shipments may not be accepted.
